Monaco Sea View Villa is a luxurious 3 bedroom air-conditioned villa just a few minutes drive from Monaco and close to the ancient village of La Turbie.

This is an exciting and unique opportunity to rent a house sleeping up to 8 people with its beautiful gardens, including an assortment of fruit trees such as peach, apple, lemon and kiwi fruit, so close to Monte Carlo.

Monaco Sea View Villa is situated on 5000 square metres of beautiful tiered gardens enjoying panoramic views over the whole of Monaco and on to the coastline of Italy. The views over the Port of Monaco, the Princes Palace, the lights of Monte Carlo and the sea are spectacular.

The villa is over 2 levels and has 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen size bed that can also be configured into twin beds and there is a double sofa bed in the separate TV Room sleeping an extra 2 people in privacy if required.

There is a large beautifully furnished living area with a fire place and the dining area can seat up to 10 people. The large kitchen has its own balcony with a superb 25 metre terrace enjoying the beautiful views.

There is a large mosaic swimming pool with a pool house as well as an outdoor BBQ area and wood fired pizza oven.

There is also the option of having the use of a classic Rolls Royce with driver for 250 Euros per day or hiring the 2 small scooters at the house for 30 Euros per day through the caretaker of the house. Car parking for up to 5 cars is included in the rental.

This is a unique opportunity to accommodate up to 8 people in the Monaco region and makes a perfect base for exploring the highlights of Monaco and the French and Italian Riviera.

Monaco Sea View Villa is located on the border of France and Monaco just a few minutes drive into Monte Carlo and close to the historical village of La Turbie.

Despite being a near neighbour to exciting Monte Carlo the village of La Turbie has a number of quaint shops and restaurants with ancient streets and doorways as well as arched passages and defensive walls dating from the 12th century.

The magnificent Trophée des Alpes, erected by the Roman Emperor Augustus in 6 BC, is close by and along with the Musée du Trophée d'Auguste is a must visit whilst staying at the house.

The villa is in a superb location to explore the nearby hilltop village of Eze, and the excitement of Nice and Monte Carlo and the Italian border are just 20 minutes away by car.
