The apartment is a one minute walk to luxury shopping houses such as Hermes, Chanel, Dior, Luis Vuitton, Prada, Gucci and Yves St Laurent.
The beach at Larvotta and the Grimaldi Forum is a leisurely stroll away and there is a public car park near the apartment in Casino Square.

Monaco Grand Prix
The apartment is superbly situated for the Monaco Grand Prix. Although it does not have views of the track it is in a prime location being less than a one minute walk to the circuit.
Transport
Monaco Monte Carlo Train Station operates on the Nice-Menton-Ventamiglia line and TGV service for Paris leaves out of Nice Train Station.
Nice International Airport with daily flights to Paris and throughout Europe, Africa and Dubai is 20 minutes away.
