The finely cut limestone facade of the building boasts Louis XV style decorative stone carvings and is a fine example of 18th century architecture.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and comfortably sleeps 2 people in the queen size master bedroom, although a third person or two children can be accommodated in the bed couch situated in the living room.

The apartment is newly renovated and decorated throughout with a fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom.

The living area benefits from high ceilings and a window view over the Paris rooftops and floral balconies of nearby residences.

The apartment is located on the corner of Rue de Buci and Rue de Bourbon le Chateau in the thriving area of the exclusive 6th arrondissement close to boulevard St Germain.

Visitors to Rue de Buci can experience a traditional Parisian village atmosphere with the daily market, speciality shops, cafés, bistros, restaurants and boutiques right on your doorstep.

The oldest church in Paris, St Germain des Pres is just around the corner and it is a short stroll past the many antique shops down to the river Seine in the opposite direction. Walk along rue de Buci and continue along rue St. Andre des Arts and you will arrive at place St-Michel, Notre Dame Cathedral and the excitement of the Latin Quarter.

There is no doubt that this is a prime location and within walking distance to all of the main Parisian landmarks.
