The beautiful building with its art deco design, pillars and ornate glass decoration dates back to the 1920's and is set on Nice's famous Promenade des Anglais.
Located on the third floor with elevator, this luxury air-conditioned one bedroom apartment is beautifully furnished and has an outdoor terrace overlooking a private garden in a peaceful area of the building.
The apartment is 50 square metres in size and has a Queen size bed in the main bedroom and a quality sofa bed in the living room, allowing up to 4 people to sleep in comfort. It has a modern kitchen, a dining area and a beautiful marble bathroom.
The adjoining Palace de la Mediterranée Hotel and Casino is a landmark building on the Nice seafront. The apartment is approximately twice the size of a standard hotel room yet at a fraction of the price of a stay in the hotel.
There is a public car park under the Palais de la Mediterranée complex and this apartment makes a wonderful and very affordable base for exploring Nice and the French Riviera.

The apartment is located in the Palais de la Mediterranée complex on the Promenade des Anglais right opposite the Sporting Plage and Lido Plage beaches. There is a choice of 15 private and public beaches on the seafront opposite the apartment.
The apartment is surrounded by many restaurants, exclusive shopping, department stores and Nice's famous old town. The adjoining hotel and casino is a great place to enjoy a drink or a meal and the apartment is within walking distance to outdoor and indoor markets and just 10 minutes from Nice International Airport.
